Refund Policy
- Please read these terms and conditions
of use carefully.
- When you agree to purchase from Think Sleep, you enter into a contract with us, and you accept that you will be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this notice. This notice covers all Think products including and not limited to; Think Slim, Think Quit, Phobia Free, Think Calm and Think Sleep.
- Right to refuse sale. We reserve the right to refuse sale of a product at any point up until delivery. In the event that you have been charged for an item that we have refused to sell, you will be refunded the amount charged in full. Think programs are not resource products for therapists or life coaches or trainers. If you fall into this category do not purchase any products from us.
All materials including video, audio and print are copyright.
- Title to the goods purchased by you remains with us until you have paid for them in full and taken delivery. Once the goods are paid for in full and you have taken delivery, the title will pass to you.
- Orders made by you for products
on our website or on our advertisements
are not binding on Think Sleep until
accepted by us.
- Think Sleep will make all reasonable
efforts to ensure that information
on the website is accurate and correct,
but makes no representations as to
the accuracy of the information.
- Think Sleep assumes no liability
for any errors or omissions contained
on the website.
- Within Australia Think Sleep will
send you the goods you ordered within
10 business days of receipt of your
payment by yellow express post bag.
- Think Sleep offers a thirty day
return policy on all products.
- If wanting to return a product
for reasons other than product fault
or product failure you must call 1300
76 00 73. . If returning a product
because of product fault or product
failure you must call 1300 76 00 73.
- Under the thirty day return policy
Think Sleepwill reimburse you the
cost of your product less a 2.5% merchant
banking fee if returned because you
have changed your mind or for a reason
other than product fault or product
failure. If you have paid by credit
card the refund amount will be put
back on your card. Once the amount
has been refunded on your card it
may take up to 14 days to appear back
on your card depending on who you
bank with.
- Think Sleep will not refund the
postage and handling on the product
returned under this clause.
- Where a product is returned because
it is faulty Think Sleep will repair
or replace the product.
- The product will be repaired or
replaced once it is received by Think Sleep.
- If returning for a refund, the
product must be returned in its original
packaging in new condition, complete
with all contents as shipped to you.
If the product is damaged or not in
new condition you may forfeit part
or all of your refund.
- You must enclose the following
details with the returned product:
A copy of your invoice or your method
and date of payment and an order number.
If paying by part payment how many
payments have been paid.
Your contact telephone number and
address.
A brief description for the reason
of return.
- Think Sleep will not be responsible
for items that are lost or misdirected.
You are strongly advised to send your
returned product by registered post.
- You may not return goods for refund
to Think Sleep after the thirty day
return period has expired.
- Think Sleep may advertise payment
plans where you pay the purchase price
of the goods you have ordered by monthly
instalment. If you pay by credit card
you agree that Think Sleep may debit
your card each instalment until payment
in full.
- Think Sleep may report you to a
credit reporting agency if you default
in payment of the goods.
- If you disagree with any of the
terms contained in this sale agreement,
then please do not shop at this website.
